2012 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson Announced
The Blue Oval unveiled this week a special edition of the F-150 dubbed Harley-Davidson. The pickup is going to be available in White Platinum Tri-Coat or Tuxedo Black and it will come with 22-inch alloys, exterior graphics, tinted headlights and a 6-bar front grille.
As far as the cabin is concerned, it has heated seats that are wrapped around in leather, a high gloss trim as well as a “Harley Davidson” badge on the center console. Other goodies included are the brushed aluminum scuff plates, power moonroof and GPS.
Under the hood it features a massive V8 6.2-liter engine that generates 411 hp (417 PS / 306 kW) and a peak torque of 434 lb.-ft (588 Nm). This engine is linked to a 6-speed automatic gearbox and clients can opt for a 4WD configuration. No word about the performances of this engine but the automaker mentioned that the F-150 Harley-Davidson has a maximum towing capacity of 7,500 pounds.
