For the 2012MY F-150, Ford has decided to launch the FX appearance package that comes with bodyside graphics, tinted headlights and a set of exclusive 20-inch flat-black alloys. Inside, we find seats wrapped around in leather, a steering wheel that has red stitching and a bunch of brushed-metal accents.

The engineers at the Blue Oval have decided to ditch the electronic shift-on-the-fly 4WD system and opt for a new one that has a 4×4 mode. This is going to be available only for the Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum variants of the F-150. Other than that, it features a new generation of the Hill Start Assist system.
2012 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor
As for the 2012MY Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, this one too comes with restyled rims, new graphics as well as a new Torsen front differential. Clients will be able to order it with the optional front camera system that includes an 8-inch display.
2012 Ford F-150 with FX package
Regarding the 2012 F-150 EcoBoost 4×4, this one is motivated by a V6 3.5-liter turbocharged engine that develops 365 hp (370 PS / 272 kW) and a peak torque of 420 lb.-ft (590 Nm). The main modification brought to this version of the F-150 is the 36 gallon fuel tank that allows the truck to have a range of up to 756 miles.
