2012 Volkswagen CC priced in UK from 24,200 pounds
The facelift for the Volkswagen CC was shown for the first time back in November last year at the Los Angeles Motor Show and now the German automaker has revealed the price list for the UK market. The car is now available for order in United Kingdom and the first deliveries are expected to commence on April 16th.
The starting price for the CC is 24,000 pounds (OTR) for the 1.8-liter TSI 160 PS version, while the top-spec GT model that is powered by a 2.0-liter TDI 170 PS engine will set you back at least 30,100 pounds (OTR). The latter comes with a DSG double clutch gearbox and the company’s BlueMotion Technology.
Previously known as the Passat CC, the facelift version brings a new design for the front and rear ends, and it is offered in two different trim levels. Customers are able to choose from one of the four available engines, including the 1.8-liter TSI engine that fires 160 PS, a beefier 2.0-liter TSI with 210 PS, along with two 2.0-liter TDI common rail diesels offered with 140 PS or 170 PS.
The entry-level VW CC comes with iPod and Bluetooth connectivity, DAB digital radio, climate control, 17-inch alloys, ESP, brake energy recuperation, bi-xenon headlights and a touchscreen satellite navigation system.
The GT version of the four-door coupe brings heated front seats, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, three-mode adaptive chassis control, 18-inch alloys, heat insulating tinted glass from the B-pillar back, front fog lights and full Nappa leather upholstery.
