Ferrari SA Aperta by Novitec Rosso develops 888 PS
Ferrari made only 80 units of the SA Aperta but this doesn’t mean that the very rare model doesn’t deserve its very own tuning program. The German engineers from Novitec Rosso have created an upgrade kit for the car which consists of a new twin supercharger system that lifts the power of the massive V12 6.0-liter to 876 hp (888 PS / 653 kW) and a maximum torque of 636 lb.-ft (862 Nm).
With this power boost, the Ferrari SA Aperta by Novitec Rosso is 215 hp (218 PS / 160 kW) and 178 lb.-ft (242 Nm) more powerful than the standard version, which is enough for a 0-62 mph sprint in only 3.1 seconds. It needs 9.1 seconds to reach 124 mph (200 km/h), en route to a top speed of 211 mph (340 km/h).
The car also comes with a stainless steel exhaust system that has 90mm black-coated tailpipes, along with 10J x 21-inch lightweight forged wheels for the front axle, rims which are wrapped around in 295/25 ZR 21 Pirelli PZero tires. The rear axle has 12J x 22-inch wheels that have 335/25 ZR 22 tires. The supercar has also been lowered by 25 mm as Novitec Rosso installed lowering sport springs.
