2011 Peugeot RCZ GT

The French automaker Peugeot will be bringing to this year’s edition of the Geneva Motor Show the facelifted 308 lineup, including hatchback, estate and the CC model, along with two special edition models.

The first one is going to be the beautiful RCZ Asphalt which is going to be based on the most powerful configuration of the coupe, offering 200 hp from the 1.6-liter turbocharged power unit. Set to go on sale this spring, the car will be available with a matt grey paintwork, two-tone 19-inch alloy rims as well as a whole bunch of interior and exterior upgrades.

The second limited model will be based on the 3008 Hybrid4 crossover, which will feature a 163 hp TDI engine with front-wheel drive and an electric motor that will develop another 37 ponies to the rear wheels, rounding up the power figure to 200 hp. The car will have a “0 emission” mode and it will do 61.9 mpg (3.8 liters / 100 km). Only 300 units will be produced and all of them will be available with a Pearlescent White exterior finish along with a two-tone full leather trim.

Peugeot will also bring two older concept studies, the EX1 and the HR1, plus their new 908 Le Mans racecar that was revealed a couple of weeks ago by Peugeot Sport.
