Lamborghini Lp670 SV

The Lamborghini Murcielago is considered to be one of the most incredible sports cars of all times. In 2010, the Italian automaker managed to release an even more powerful, lighter and faster version of this supercar. This version is known as the 2010 Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV and it was manufactured in only 350 units for a price established at around $450,000. It might seem a lot, but considering its high performance characteristics, it’s worth every penny.

This supercar received a new front and rear, two aerodynamic set-ups which include a small or a large rear spoiler and an improved engine bonnet. The makeover of the Lamborghini LP670 SV included a rework and redevelop of all parts, starting with the chassis and the engine and ending with its interior. It has a totally different look in comparison with the regular Murcielago because of the simple, but brutal design. You will surely be impressed by its front air intakes (which are larger to improve the brake cooling) and by the front spoiler which was extended. It also features new front fenders which have additional air intakes for the brake system while the air vent for the oil cooler is now placed in the driver-side sill and is covered with a matt black paint.

The Lamborghini LP670 SV also comes with a new engine cover which is more like a piece of art consisting of three hexagonal transparent plates made of polymer and supported by a framework made of carbon fiber. Inside, the Murcielago is covered in Alcantara leather and carbon fiber to match with the exterior color of the supercar. The seats are made of lightweight carbon fiber material and offer a perfect support to the driver, even at high speeds. The entire interior is made of lightweight materials to reduce the weight of the car. It also features a radio-navigation system and all the modern gadgets necessary for a driver. The interior can be painted in Arancio Atlas, Giallo Orion, Bianco Isis, Grigio Telesto or Nero Aldebaran.

Under the hood, the Lamborghini LP670 SV hosts a 6.5 liter V12 engine able to produce around 670 horsepower and 487 lb-ft of torque. As a result, the 2010 Lamborghini Murcielago LP670 SV goes from zero to 60 mph in only 3.2 seconds while the maximum speed is around 212 mph if the supercar is equipped with a small spoiler. It’s also equipped with a new exhaust system, a sequential and automatic E.gear with electro-hydraulics to quickly shift the gear and is also available a six-speed manual transmission.

The Lamborghini LP670 SV delivers maximum power to the road because of its all-wheel drive system. The weight distribution system is well set with 45% in the front and 55% in the rear. Because of the traction system and the four-wheel drive system, the 2010 Lamborghini Murcielago LP670 SV remains stable when it accelerates out of a corner. This supercar is also equipped with double wishbone suspension and exclusive “Ares” alloy wheels which have a five twin-spoke design. These wheels are wrapped in Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires that are available as standard feature. Because of the four brakes controlled by the high performance ABS system, this supercar is able to stop in any situation if required. The brakes are made of carbon ceramic which makes them lightweight and capable of offering high performance.

All in all, the incredible Lamborghini LP670 SV is an outstanding sports car which has established new high performance standards which will be hard to surpass. It’s the perfect sports car because it offers comfort, luxury, speed and high performance.
