Ford Fiesta Sport+

Ford has decided to roll out a limited edition of the Fiesta, dubbed Sport+. To be completely honest, I never liked the Fiesta but this one looks somewhat cool. Initially, it will be available in only five countries: UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium.

In the United Kingdom the car will be called Fiesta S1600 while in Germany its name is going to be Fiesta Sport S. The engine under the hood is an uprated 1.6-liter Duratec Ti-VCT unit that produces 132 hp (134 PS / 98.5 kW) and 118 lb.-ft (160 Nm) of torque. Customers will have the possibility to choose from either the Performance Blue paintwork that comes with white Motorsport stripes (pictured) or the Frozen White with contrasting blue stripes.

Ford Fiesta Sport+

As far as the cabin is concerned, the limited edition Ford Fiesta Sport+ is going to receive a sport steering wheel, Motorsport-branded floor mats and scuff plates plus blue stitched sport seats.

Up For Auction – 2011 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Brad Paisley Hero Edition

2011 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Brad Paisley Hero Edition

Chevrolet is really not joking about these limited editions and they roll out one very often, maybe too often in my opinion. I can’t complain about this one as it will be sold at a fund-raising event for a charity – Kids Wish Network HERO program. What is special about this Corvette ZR1 is that it was tuned by Lingenfelter so it should be really fast.

2011 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Brad Paisley Hero Edition

This one-off Corvette features a massive LS9 V8 6.2-liter supercharged engine that received a Lingenfelter performance upgrade system, allowing the V8 to output more than 700 hp, which is a lot more taking into consideration that the normal version produces 638 ponies. This incredible engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox with a twin-disc clutch.

2011 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Brad Paisley Hero Edition

Aside from this extra power, the 2011 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Brad Paisley Hero Edition comes with a signature under its hood, you’ve guessed it, Brad Paisley’s.  The car you see in these pictures is a part of the 2010 Corvette Dream Giveaway, along with a fully-restored 427 Corvette Roadster from 1967.

Chevrolet Gives New Meaning To The Word “Limited”

2011 Chevrolet Camaro Synergy Series

It seems that Chevrolet is planning on introducing a “limited edition” Camaro every six months for attracting more and more customers. According to an Automotive News report, the automaker will not only revive various nameplates from the past, but at the same time they will introduce some brand new ones.

According to Al Oppenheiser who is the chief engineer of the Camaro – “our plan is to keep evolving the Camaro”. Nevertheless it really takes the limited out of “limited”. He also said that the upcoming editions will follow a similar formula to the 2012 Camaro ZL1 that borrows its name from the 1969 Camaro ZL1, which at the time of launch was Chevrolet’s fastest car.

2011 Chevrolet Camaro Synergy Series

The aforementioned ZL1 is considered to be the company’s most powerful Camaro ever made, offering 550 hp from its V8 6.2-liter supercharged engine. It also sports advanced Brembo brakes and an upgraded suspension with the Magnetic Ride Control.

2011 Chevrolet Camaro Synergy Series

The automaker has revealed the fact that they will be offering 500 replicas of the 2011 Camaro SS Convertible Pace Car as well as the Camaro Synergy V6 model. The latter will be targeted for those enthusiasts that are on a tight budget. Both of these editions will be available starting with this spring.

2011 Chevrolet Camaro Synergy Series

More than that, rumors say that Chevrolet is also working on a 2012MY Transformers edition, but there is no official information on that matter. We’ll keep you posted.
