At this year’s edition of the Frankfurt Motor Show, the Technical University of Munich is going to reveal its MUTE concept which promises to be an affordable EV. The concept comes with a 10 kWh lithium-ion battery that motivates an electric motor with 22 hp (22 PS / 16.5 kW) that sends the power to the rear wheels through a torque vectoring differential.

Aside from the fact that the car has a curb weight of 1,100 lb (500 kg), there aren’t any details available, but full specs will be revealed this September. Stay tuned.
