2013 Scion FR-S

Scheduled to go on sale this spring in the United States, the 2013 Scion FR-S will have a base price of $24,000. As you probably know, this is essentially a rebadged variant of the Toyota GT 86, and it will ride on 17-inch alloys. As you can see, it has a very aggressive styling while inside the cabin it features a leather-wrapped steering wheel, sport seats, along with an 8-speaker Pioneer audio system that offers Bluetooth connectivity.

Under the hood of the FR-S is going to be a 4-cylinder 2.0-liter boxer engine that is capable of developing 200 hp (203 PS / 149 kW) and a maximum torque of 151 lb.-ft (205 Nm). This engine is mated to a 6-speded manual transmission, while for more money clients can opt for the 6-speed automatic gearbox. Those 200 ponies are sent to the rear wheels with the help of a Torsen limited-slip differential, regardless of the chosen gearbox.
