2010 Lamborghini

In 2007 the Lamborghini Company released during the Frankfurt Motor Show its most expensive Lamborghini road car, the Lamborghini Reventon. This car is a mid-engine sports car that achieves a top speed of 340 km/h. Even if its exterior was completely new, under the hood all the mechanical components were similar with the ones of the Murcielago LP640. The officials announced that only 20 cars were built, but in reality 100 units were manufactured.

In 2009 was released the roadster version of the Lamborghini Reventon that impressed the audience that was part of the Frankfurt Motor Show, but the 2010 Lamborghini Reventon Roadster was the one that made its competitors, McLaren and Mercedes, actually tremble.

2010 Lamborghini

This 2010 Lamborghini has a carbon fiber body with aggressive 18 inches wheels. Under the hood this 2010 Lamborghini is proud to be the owner of a 6.5 Liter V12 that produces 670 horsepower and 486 lb-ft of torque, connected to a six speed e-gear transmission. All this high performance allows this supercar to go from zero to 100 km/h in only 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 303 km/h.

Speed involves breaks and the carbon-fiber ceramic discs which are standard with a diameter of 380 mm, will have definitely a high durability in time. The wheels have 18 inch in diameter. Moreover, brakes are cooled because of the air channels that are included in the bodyshell of the car.

The design of the 2010 Lamborghini Reventon Roaster is focused on maximum functionality and comfort. The statement is proved by features such as the air intakes, the upward opening scissors doors or the arrowhead form placed in the front. All the details are stylish: the rear LED laps or the headlamps.

The 2010 Lamborghini Reventon Roadster is 4700 mm long and has a wheelbase of 2665 mm. The seating positions of the driver and the passenger are sporty and low while behind them two pop-up bars are hidden and in case of a rollover they deploy upwards in a few hundredths of seconds. You can admire the impressive V12 engine from the outside because of the four glass windows that cover it. To monitor performance, the Reventon is equipped with a G-force meter, also used in Formula 1 that indicates the intensity of the forces acting on the car when it accelerates, slows down or takes a heavy turn.

The cell of this car is made from steel profile and carbon components as well as the bodyshell. The exterior is finished by a unique paint: the new matt Lamborghini grey. In addition to this, due to the metal particles, the exterior of the 2010 Lamborghini Reventon Roadster benefits from an impression of depth.

When it comes to the interior this car offers buyers the same high quality. All the technical components are placed handy, are manufactured from aluminum and placed in a carbon fiber dashboard. The material that covers the interior of the car is leather and when you enter inside you get the feeling of an aircraft cockpit. The two LCD displays on the interior complete the look of the car.

What else can I tell you? Once again Lamborghini manufactured a powerful, stylish and futurist supercar that helped it to maintain its high prestige. But I must tell you that if you really want this car it won’t come cheap. The price tag indicates no more and no less than $1,600,000 or 1.1 million Euro.  And if for your money you want to get exclusivity as well you should choose the open-top 2010 Lamborghini Reventon, because only 20 were manufactured.
