Another new Fast Five poster was released a few days ago building up the thriller before the 4th Fast and Furious sequel gets here.
Looks like guns will be all over the place on Rio de Janeiro’s sets featuring Vin Diesel and his crew. While Dwayne’s tattoo is clearly visible, the cars are still kept in the dark. We’ll just have to wait one more month.
Check out some trivia facts about the Fast Five crew:
Vin Diesel (Dominic Toretto) – His highschool years were filled with breakdance steps. You’ve seen that already in a previous article.
Paul Walker (Brian O’Connor) – Starred in The Young & The Restless in the ’90 for two years. He said he needed the money.
Jordana Brewster (Mia Toretto) – She was born in Panama City, Panama and her grandparents were ambassadors to Great Britain.
Tyrese Gibson (Roman Pearce) – Was a Tommy Hilfinger model and had been selected one of People Magazine’s Sexiest Men of the Year (2000).
Elsa Pataky (Elena Neves) – Has a romanian-hugarian-spanish birth name: Elsa Lafuente Medianu.
Ludacris – Christopher Brian Bridges (Tej) – Has a daughter named Karma. He started rapping at the age of nine and fourteen years later his album went triple platinum.
Matt Schulze (Vince) – Was a Levi’s model. At the age of 17 he taught 65 students a week music lessons for a year.
Sung Kang (Han) – He owns a restaurant in Brentwood, California named Saketini. He has played a character named “Han” three times already.
With Fast Five launch date just around the corner Vin Diesel invited director Riddick to take a glance into the vibe that Facebook fans create on the actor’s page.
Both tried to respond to some of the fan’s comments and left the feeling that they are enjoying what they do.
Unfortunately, Facebook doesn’t have an embed option for videos, that means we’ll just have to link you to the crime scene. Enjoy!
Check out the new Fast Five poster for the UK. The brazilian background looks ready for some fast driving and for some of the bullets flying from these two merry men’s guns.
We don’t know why the launch date on the poster sais April 21 but if the info is true, we can only be happy that we have wait one week less. We’ll keep you posted with daily updates of any changes that occur.
Boys and girls, get ready for some fast cars and some Vin Diesel’s furious crew. This is the second trailer of the Fast Five movie, coming April 29th. This trailer offer 2:30 minutes of complete auto insanity. The story is just an excuse for out of this world driving, explosions and hot girls in bikinis.

If some of the following car brands stand for some nasty words, ipothetically speaking, let’s imagine what does Fast Five stand for:
AUDI : Another Ugly Deutsche Invention
BMW : Brings Me Women
FIAT : Failure in Italian Automotive Technology
FORD : Fix Or Repair Daily or Find On Road Dead
SAAB : Shape Appears Ass-Backwards
HYUNDAI : Hope You Understand Nothing’s Driveable And Inexpensive
SUBARU: Screwed Up Beyond All Repair Usually
VOLVO: Very Odd Looking Vehicular Object
PORSCHE: Proof Of Rich Spoiled Children Having Everything
FAST FIVE: Fast Awesome Supercars To Feature In Vin Diesel’s Epic Movie (we added the M because we can!)
One of his top assets, no doubt. If more men had Vin Diesel’s voice, women all over the world would be happier.
It doesn’t matter what he sais in his lines. It doesn’t matter how simple those lines are. His voice makes all the difference to the ladies. And for that, we, The United Men of the World hate him. That won’t stop us from eagerly waiting Fast Five’s premiere on 29th of April.
For the good of the movie, financially speaking, let’s hope Vin Diesel’s voice isn’t going to sound like in the clip below. Check it out!
There’s something about this guy and movies with fast cars. Don’t mind the Fast and Furious series because until Fast Five is out, you haven’t seen anything yet.
We’re talking about one of his other classics. Remember Xander? The guy that lives on the edge all the time, has all the strings pulled, knows all the right people and gets in trouble as often as a driver gets caught in traffic in Manhattan?
That’s right! Triple XXX’s Xander Cage. We’ve selected an epic car scene from the Triple XXX series and we’ll let you guys enjoy it until April 29 hits the calendars. This way Fast Five will find you hungry for some more crazy car chases.
You can’t make a good movie without a love story. Fast Five doesn’t lack that either. Brian and Mia will be one of the main attractions of the show and he have a picture to prove it.
Facebook is all the rage these days and we’re fully committed to it. Since we get a lot of interesting news there, we thought it might be a good idea to help you keep updated with all your The Fast and the Furious Five news. The cool thing is that you can get cool stuff, like pictures and videos and such from the actors themselves.
But it’s not fun if it’s not a race, so let’s see who has the fastest and the most furious fans on Facebook:
Vin Diesel’s gazillion fans are not only a large crowd, but they are also very committed and extremely active. It’s clear that nothing can replace heartfelt, personally written Facebook status updates.
You know, when we say Fast Five is bound to be a great car movie we’re not jsut saying for the sake of it or for marketing purposes and we’re not getting paid to say it neither. We like the passion that surrounds this movie and I’m not talking about romance. I’m talking about the automotive passion that inspires such cinematic experience.
The actors in this movie are genuinely passionate about cars and have the skills to prove it. Paul Walker has even been on a track enough times to prove that not only can he pull of a racing suit, but he can also gracefully go around corners at top speed. This certainly makes Brian O’Conner, his Fast Five character, a lot more real and a lot more hands on than we could imagine. Walker is regarded as an active member of the Southern California racing community.
That’s why we thought it would be a nice idea to share some pictures from his adventure from 2010 at ThunderHill, where he entered, along with his team from Motorsports Enterprise Racing (Team MER), in the 25 hours competition.
We’re getting more and more anxious to see what supercharged, modified, steroids-fed cars are the Fast Five producers lining up for us this year. From the reports we’ve read so far, it looks like Vin Diesel will be driving: a Dodge Charger R/T 1970, a Dodge Charger 2011, a Dodge Challenger R/T 2011 and a 1966 Corvette Grand Sport.
And check out this beautiful 1970 Chevrolet Camaro that Vin Diesel was lavished with after the movie shooting was over:
Jordana Brewster will drive the hot Ford GT, which we can’t wait to see also. Check out more pictures in the fan video below:
We admire Vin Diesel for his driving skills, for his manliness and for his… vin dieselness. We’re looking forward to the fifth part of the Fast and the Furious series (Fast Five) because we know it’s going to be incredible fun. This is definitely my favorite car movie, because of all the passion that surrounds it. It’s more than a movie with cars in it. It’s about insane driving and jumps you wish you could do.
Vin Diesel is very dedicated to his character, as he confessed on his Facebook page:
I am privileged to have had the chance to explore a character for over a decade… especially with a cast like ours, that is dedicated and always striving to evolve.
He also shared a picture with us from the first movie of the series and we went on a trip back to memory lane, which we quite enjoyed.
If you haven’t seen it yet, you should. It’s bold, mean and full of stuff getting blown up. Oh, and there’s the Rock too. And he has a beard, which is somewhat confusing, but nevermind that. Of course, I’m talking about the Fast Five Super Bowl TV spot, that gave us a little peek into the action of this massive car movie.
I’m craving for it like babies crave for a mother’s milk, like little children crave for candy or like grown men crave for a woman’s… you get the point. Watch and enjoy!
We’re all looking forward to this year’s Fast Five. No doubt about it! The directors promised us amazing action and mind blowing… well, everything. But more than cars ending flying around and ending up in flames, we have an impressive line-up. Paul Walker, Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson share the stage and I couldn’t think of better actors to go with all those modified, horse power pumped cars.
I thought today would be a good day to play favorites and invite you to cast your vote. We have to pick from this array of stars. So here’s a little pole. Make sure you support your favorite Fast Five actor and tell your friends about it. Who do you think looks best behind the wheel? In a race? While shooting at other cars?
PS: We posted the Fast Five trailer when it was launched, if you’d like to see it again too.
