Geneva 2011 – Sbarro Evoluzione – rpmGo.com

Sbarro Evoluzione

Sbarro is a Swiss automobile builder and for this year’s edition of the Geneva Motor Show they’ve brought their latest project, dubbed Evoluzione. Created in partnership with the Espera Sbarro design school, this prototype is an eye-popping mixture of several themes: McLaren F1-style seating, a little bit from a motorcycle and the most obvious aspect, Lamborghini’s recent efforts at making drivable razors.

They created this car in 13 weeks and the team consisted of 25 students. The naked back of the Evoluzione houses a 1.8-liter engine sourced from Audi that produces 180 hp. Inside the “cabin” you can see the McLaren-inspired seating, with three Recaro seats, the driver being placed in the front-center and is flanked by two “wingman” passenger seats.

A very interesting concept in my opinion and those big 20-inch OZ rims make it look even more aggressive. Needless to say, there are slim chances that this car will get the green light for production.
