
Besides the Mitsubishi Concept ZT, the Japanese producer is preparing another concept for Frankfurt, the i MiEV SPORT. The zero-emissions electric vehicle features three permanent magnetic synchronous motors. One in-wheel motor is placed at each front wheel and a single motor drives the rear wheels, all motors being electronically controlled by an E-4WD system, plus a new E-AYC (Electric Active Yaw Control) system that regulates torque at the left and right rear wheels via an electric motor.
