Next Pagani C9 supercar to have 700 HP 6.0-liter V12, will cost $1.2 million |

For all of our readers which are sad to see Pagani end the production of the superb Zonda, new details have arrived about its replacement, currently codenamed C9, straight from Horacio Pagani.

According to him, the C9 will be powered by a Mercedes-Benz 6.0-liter V12, capable of 700 HP and around 1000 Nm of torque. These figures are quite similar to the Zonda and will definitely please performance fans. He also revealed that the C9 is “a completely new car from concept, weight distribution, materials and dynamics.”

The new Pagani supercar will make use of all the latest technologies, and implement things like a carbon-titanium chassis, special Pirelli tires and performance Bosch electronics. It will also be able to support the US crash tests and comply with the California emission laws.

Last but not least, according to Pagani, the new model will cost around $1.2 million or €900,000, so get your check books ready.
