Besides the fact the Geneva Motor Show is one of the largest auto shows in the world, Switzerland is also the country where last year natural gas powered vehicles’ number doubled. So we can say that Geneva will be the perfect place for PGO Automobiles of France and BRA GmbH in Germany to present their PGO Cévennes Turbo-CNG natural gas powered car.

The roadster is powered by a 1.6 liter turbo engine that produces 150hp and only emitts 118 grams of CO2 per kilometer. The car can travel up to 450km on a single tank and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 6.5 seconds. Not really an original design for the car, which looks almost exactly like the legendary Porsche Speedster, but at least the numbers look good.

We don’t know for sure when this car will go into production but we know that its pricing will be of around 44,000 Euros. We’ll let you know once we have more details on the PGO Cevennes Turbo CNG from the Geneva Motor Show.
