Fox Marketing/Artisan is working on a tuning program for the Lexus IS-F, which will be on display at this year SEMA Show. The most impressive part of the program are, no doubt about that, the mechanical upgrades. Powered by a 5.0 liter V8 engine that delivers over 600 hp, the IS-F is also equipped with JE pistons, Crower rods, Mishimoto radiator and Artisan exhaust. Of course, the bodykit also looks good, with its custom front and rear bumpers, new side-skirts that with blistered rear fenders integrated and 20 inch special wheels, wrapped in Toyo T1R tires. And, to make it even more eye-catching, Fox IS-F will be available in a Glasurit Sunset Orange paint finish, with blacked-out headlamps, grille and emblems.

Well one thing’s for sure, the guys at HKS sure don’t waste time, after developing their own custom Hyundai Genesis Coupe, they started messing around with Nissan’s beast, the GT-R. Looks weren’t the main thing they had in mind, only developing a turbo enhacement kit, dubbed the R35 GT570 Racing Package.

This kit tries to reduce the exhaust resistance that the air encounters after leaving the engine, with the help of reinforced wastegate actuators, an improved boost controller, an alluminiun intercooler pipe kit and, the interesting bit, a front mounted exhaust pipe without any catalytic converters, so it’s not exactely road legal. But the result is quite amazing, the sound it generates is fantastic, check it out.

The Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG isn’t a car to be taken lightly, as Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear said, you’re happy to be alive when you get out of it, and it’s power (457 hp with 600 Nm developed by a 6.2 litre V8) demands respects. But the guys from Brabus thought that the V8 is capable of much more and started tuning it, by adding some high-performance metal catalysts, special sporty air filter and a reprogrammed ECU, all these lead to an increase of performance to about 530 hp with 650 Nm, or 479 lb-ft.

This new power increase translates in a 0-62 mph or 100 km/h time of 4.1 seconds, in constrast with the stock 4.5 time. Two versions of this upgrade are available, one capable of making the car go to 300 km/h and another to 315 km/h, or 188 and 197 mph respectively, this is based on the version of Vmax unit you order. Besides this upgrade, Brabus have already developed quite a few accesories for the C63, like limited-slip differentials or height-adjustable suspension. But enough of the data, here are the photos of this gorgeous model, enjoy! Read More: “Extreme performance: Mercedes C63 AMG based Brabus B63 S”

France hasn’t been really sticking its head out regarding the tuning industry, leaving that domain to the germans or japanese guys, but Jeremi Paret decided to take matters into his own hands and put France on the tuning map. His first creation is this really beautiful Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, which received quite a lot of accesories, like a Reventon-inspired front bumper or pink brake calipers.

First of all, Jeremi Paret aims to bring tuning to another level, by first of all making a virtual mock-up of what the car will look like and showing it to the customers before any hands are placed on the actual car. The owner will have a huge say in the model’s development, the tuners focusing on unique customization, insteand of ready made tuning packages which can be applied by anyone. Another innovation is that the firm offeres to pay for the transport of the car in France, which will be sure to turn some heads and make the customers smile.

But let’s focus on this beautiful Gallardo, the first things that pops out is the front bumper which remings of the Reventon, the carbon fiber front spoiler lip, side skirts and door handles really contrast with the candy white paint job, a big rear diffuser accentuates the power that this car is capable of, and last but definetely not least, the pink brake calippers really bring a unique twist on the car, looking really nice inside the Asanti Diamond wheels. Inside, comfort is at its peak, the leather seats and Alpine entertainment system bring quality to the ride. One more photo after the jump. Read More: “French tuned Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4”

Ever since Hyundai released their new performance coupe, the Genesis, tuners have wanted to get their hands on it, the agressive design and performance of the car being good, but by no way perfect in most of their oppinions. Such was the case with HKS, which created this version of the Korean coupe, and is to be unveilled at the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) show in Las Vegas, one of the biggest custom car show in the world.

The modifications made by the Japanese tuners include the HKS GT Turbo engine upgrade, a custom exhaust and intake system, a new ECU and a new suspension, which will be fully adjustable. On the outside, HKS brought designer Ken Style which created a custom bodykit for Hyundai’s Coupe. Driver comfort is the name of the game for the inside of the car, the Japanese employing all their tehnological gadgets, including their CAMP2 that shows the driver almost 24 types of data received from the car computer, and also calculates the fuel consumption and costs in real time. All in all, quite a modded car, but can’t really reach the quality of the Art of Speed model done by Hyundai themselves, but we’ll just have to wait and see them in real life at SEMA.

The guys from Kicherer thought to change the pace, after tuning the SL 63, they targeted the estate version of the Mercedes-Benz C320 4Matic and turned it into this example of performance for the family.

On the exterior, they fitted an AMG bodykit and further enhanced the new agressive look by lowering the suspension and fitting the car with 19-inch wheels with performance tires wrapped around. On the inside, Kicherer added a new speedometer, a new steering wheel which combines leather and wood, and a new two-tone leather trim. Performance-wise, the guys really went all out, squeezing another 41 horses out of the 3 litre V6, taking it to 265 hp and to a torque of 600 Nm. The result ? from a standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph) ony takes 6.7 seconds. Here are the photos of this really nice estate. Read More: “Extravagant Estate: Mercedes-Benz C320 by Kicherer”

German cars are definite favourites for tuning and improving the performance, especially by european tuner groups, but that hasn’t stopped the japanese guys from Wald International to take a swing at BMW’s 3 Series, by fitting it with a superb bodykit.

This kit made for the E90 3 Series is consisted of new reworked front and back bumpers, four new fog lamps grace the front one, side-skirts come to complete the agressive look on the sides of the car, and in the back, a trunk-lid spoiler finishes of the kit. Add to all of this, the 19-inch allow rims, wrapped with custom low-profile tires, and the custom exhaust system which gives a trully fantastic sound. Unfortunately the guys from Wald didn’t touch the performance settings, so you’ll have to be satisfied with only the fast look, because you won’t even stand a chance to a M3. We’ve seen several tuning programs for the new Nissan GT-R, but now we have the official performance parts from Nissan, released by their in-house tuner, Nismo. The list is very impressive and includes a new Chassis Package (race-spec Bilstein Damptronic adjustable dampers, stiffer Nismo springs and 20 inch Rays forged aluminum wheels), Nismo-branded Recaro bucket seats with carbon-fiber backing and leather trim, new 70 mm titanium muffler set, new carbon-fiber under tray for the exhaust system. Of course, the price is also impressive, ¥5,460,000 (around $50,200), but all parts come with a three-year/60,000km warranty, which also covers the case when damages occur while driving at a race track (to maintain the warranty, after every track session, owners must send their cars to a Nismo authorized center).

British company Mayfair Prestige has put up for sale this special Lamborghini Murcielago LP640. Besides the fact that the car has received a special tuning treatment from Hamann, what’s really special about it is the chrome paint finish. But, of course, as you’d expect, it doesn’t come cheap at all, because Mayfair is asking £340,000 (about $625,000) for it. Will they get it? Of course, because there’s gotta be someone out there with a lot of cash and with the desire to show off. Check out more photos after the jump. Recently, you’ve probably noticed the tuning spree for the Audi RS6 Avant. It looks like a race between German tuners, who try to create the most powerful or the best looking tuning package for the 580 hp Audi wagon. If we’ve seen 700+ hp programs from Kicherer, MTM or B&B, this time we’ve got a ‘less impressive’ upgrade, from IMSA. Even thought the tuner is specialized in Lamborghini cars, this time they’ve decided to give it a go at the RS6 Avant.

Like we said, the upgrade is not as impressive as the other, because the RS6 Avant from IMSA develops ‘only’ 650 hp and 745 Nm of torque, which means the car goes from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.2 seconds (4.6 for the production version) and to 200 km/h (125 mph) in 13.8 seconds. Other upgrades include a stainless steel exhaust system, a ride-lowering suspension system and a set of 20 inch wheels featuring a central locking system.

German tuner Kicherer developed a new tuning program for the facelifted Mercedes Benz SL63. Dubbed “Evo”, the program features an aggressive caron fiber bodykit and a set of mechanical upgrades, which turned the SL into a true beast (not that it wasn’t already). Under the bonnet, Kicherer engineers decided that the 6.2 liter V8 engine is not powerfull enough, so they’ve upgraded it to 560hp (425kW) (525hp (392kW) on the ‘regular’ model) and 495lb-ft (670Nm). Performance figure? Impressive, of course. 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.3 seconds (0.3 seconds faster than the standard), 0 to 125 mph (200km/h) in 14.2 seconds and an electronically limited top speed to 320km/h.

The package also includes ultra-light 20 inch RS-1 wheels, F1-style steering wheel with carbon gearshift paddles, additional instruments and extra carbon trim, all for €21,765 (approximately $32,175). Read More: “Mercedes Benz SL63 ‘Evo’ tuning by Kicherer”

Belgian tuning company Caractere developed some quite interesting tuning packages in the past, on of them being the one for the Audi A5/S5. And now their latest creation is the program for the new Audi A4, for both sedan and avant version. The package features a bodykit that includes new front skirt, new side skirts, discreet boot lid spoiler, rear skirt with diffuser incorporated and a pair of rectangular shaped tailpipes, plus a set of new alloy wheels, available in sizes 18 to 20-inches. As you can see, the bodykit is not the most aggressive we’ve ever seen, but more subtle and elegant. Nice job!

The Dodge Challenger SRT8 is definitely one hot American muscle car and will certainly become a favorite for customized programs. After last week we wrote about the Hennessey program, now we’ve got one from Platinum Motorsport. No extra details about the car, except that it has been fitted with 20 inch front & 22 inch rear AGETRO S250 black wheels and, what can we say, it looks awesome.
