Tushek Renovatio T500

A new automaker has seen the light of day and its name is Tushek. The company was founded by Aljosa Tusek who had a dream about developing his own supercar. This dream is now a reality as the company has finished the work on the Tushek Renovatio T500 which makes it the first supercar from Slovenia.

It features a removable hardtop and scissor doors, while the style of the car looks a little bit like the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder Performante, especially if you look at it from the side. Anyway, the chassis of the Tushek  Renovatio T500 is made from chrome-moly steel while for the exterior they’ve used carbon fiber and carbon composites, allowing the supercar to have a curb weight of just 1,133kg.

The T500 is motivated by a V8 engine borrowed from the Audi RS4, linked to a 6-speed manual transmission. It is the 4.2-liter FSI engine that in this configuration is capable of generating 450 hp at 7,900 rpm and a peak torque of 428 Nm reached at 3,200 rpm. Thanks to this engine, the supercar should be capable of doing the 0-62 mph sprint in 3.7 seconds.

The stopping power of the Tushek Renovatio T500 is provided by the ventilated carbon-ceramic disc brakes with 6-piston calipers at the front and 4-piston calipers out in the back. The car is running on aluminum forged wheels with center locking that measure 10 x 19 at the rear and 8.5 x 19 in the front. These rims are covered by Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires.
