1972 Lamborghini Miura SV
The stunning Lamborghini Miura made its debut back in 1966 and amazed everyone with its looks and features. It had disk brakes for all wheels and an independent suspension, while its massive V12 engine allowed the gorgeous coupe to hit a maximum speed of 180 mph (290 km/h). They made only 765 units of this automotive masterpiece and 150 of these where the hot SV (Sprinto Veloce) version.

In 1971 at the Geneva Motor Show, the Italian automaker launched the Miura SV which was capable of producing 385 hp. It came with ventilated discs, Campagnolo wheels with wider Pirelli tires, along with an optional ZF limited-slip differential.

One of these beauties is up for sale at RM Auctions. It is a 1972 right-hand drive conversion that has the chassis number 5036 and comes with an entirely rebuilt V12 engine that has done only 100 miles (160 km). It has a limited-slip differential, factory-fitted AC, cloth & Alcantara interior plus a radio package.

RM Auctions says that this rare Miura SV will be sold for $1.18 million – $1.4 million (750,000 pounds – 900,000 pounds) when it will be auctioned on October 26th in London, UK.
